Therapy for the Wild Ones
Many of us are carrying more than our nervous systems were ever meant to hold.
The constant churn of news cycles, economic instability, climate grief, and fragmentation keeps our bodies in a state of alarm. Add personal loss, relational strain, neurodivergence, caregiving, or financial stress and it can start to feel like all your energy is going to staying afloat.
You might feel untethered, exhausted, numb, angry, tender, or unsure how to stay grounded while so much feels uncertain or broken. You may be holding grief that doesn’t have a clear name, alongside deep care for the world and the people in it.
this is what I refer to as every day grief.
Feral therapy offers a space to slow down, come back into your body, and remember that you don’t have to carry all of this alone. This is therapy for building nervous system capacity, restoring a sense of safety and meaning, and learning how to stay connected to yourself and others while living inside complex systems.

Healing the hard stuff through a creative,
trauma-sensitive process

Feral therapy names the impact of power, capitalism, colonialism, ableism, and medicalization on the therapeutic process. I work to challenge the systemic harms and work with you so you can discover what will actually work for you and feel supportive.
Let's be honest. There is not enough water that you could drink that would erase systemic harms.
Can drinking water help you?
Absolutely!
But this is therapy for folx who also acknowledge that systemic issues are not individual problems.
I am not here to tell you what to do or blame you for systemic harms.
I am here to help you heal, hold onto rage, and work with your grief during these hard times.
You don’t need to be fixed
Feral Therapy blends affirming trauma-informed, narrative, and somatic therapy to help you through the endings and new beginnings in life.
This is therapy for the apocalypse!
Compassionate care that meets you where you are.

I am so glad you are here!
I am a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, double Scorpio, Pisces Moon, artist, disruptor with crone energy that loves to swear. Sometimes in session we laugh together and sometimes we cry together. I appreciate holding space for you in a non-judgmental way so you can work through this adventure we call life.
I have been through a lot of hard things in life and it's an honor being a part of your healing journey, because I know first-hand how meaningful it is to have someone sit with you while you work things out. The most important thing for me as a therapist is to respect you as the expert in your life and collaborate WITH you.
