COUPLES COACHING
Compassionate Support for Couples
You're not broken.
Your relationship isn’t either.
But your relationship may need care, curiosity, and better tools.
Are you stuck in the same argument?
Does it feel like you're not on the same team?
If you're feeling stuck in looping arguments, distant even when you're together, or unsure how to meet each other’s needs, you're not alone. Whether you're navigating neurodivergence, burnout, parenting, past trauma, or just the stress of modern life, your relationship deserves support that gets you.
I help partners:
Define communication strategies that work
Develop health conflict resolution skills
Understand and shift painful patterns of communication
Build trust and emotional safety
Navigate neurodiversity in your relationship with compassion (ADHD, autism, sensory differences, and more)
Repair from rupture and learn to fight fairer
Reignite intimacy (even if it’s been a while)
Coaching is a space where we work on goals through developing skills and strategies, rather than working on deeper attachment wounds or mental health concerns.
I am A therapist, but as a coach, I am not YOUR therapist.
What does that mean, really? It means that while I offer therapy in California, if we have a coaching agreement, we stick to that relationship. If I get the sense that you may benefit from therapy, then we can talk about referring out or working alongside a therapist.I do rely on my education as both a coach and therapist in our work together and I do work confidentiality and adhere to the mandated reporting laws.
