Executive Function Coaching

Support That Works With Your Brain

Not Against It

Struggling to start tasks, stay organized, manage time, or remember what you were just doing?

You’re not alone.

And you’re not broken.

Executive function challenges can make every day life feel like climbing a mountain with no map.

Whether it’s school, work, parenting, or just getting through the day, you might feel like you're constantly behind. Whether it is forgetting things, procrastinating, losing focus, or burning out from trying to “keep it all together,” we can find ways to work with your brain style.

Here’s the truth:

Executive function isn’t about willpower or laziness.

It’s about how your brain processes information, manages energy, and moves through the world.

And your brain deserves support that’s actually built for how you work, not how someone thinks you should work.

Together, we'll
work on:

  • Building routines and systems that work for you, not ones that fall apart after a week

  • Understanding your brain’s unique patterns around focus, time, and energy

  • Strengthening working memory and learning tools to help you stay on track

  • Reducing overwhelm and decision fatigue with simple, flexible strategies

  • Navigating procrastination and task paralysis without shame

  • Creating structure that supports freedom, not control

  • Finding ways to organize your space, time, and thoughts with more ease

  • Rewriting the story that you’re “lazy” or “bad at adulting”

What makes my approach different?

I don’t see executive function struggles as character flaws or moral failings.

I see them as signs your brain needs different tools and maybe more compassion.
I don’t do cookie-cutter solutions or force systems that don’t fit you. Instead, we’ll explore what actually helps you function in sustainable, affirming ways.

I’m neurodivergent-informed, trauma-aware, and strengths-based.

That means:

No judgment
No shame
No “just try harder” energy
Real, practical support rooted in understanding how your brain style works

What is Executive Function Coaching?

Executive function coaching helps you develop tools and strategies that support:

🧠 Working memory – Keeping track of ideas, tasks, or steps without losing the thread

🗂️ Organization – Managing space, time, and priorities in ways that feel doable

⏳ Task initiation & follow-through – Starting (and finishing) things without spiraling into shame

📅 Planning & time awareness – Building systems that help you stay grounded without overwhelm

⚡ Energy regulation – Learning how to work with your rhythms, not against them

  • Coaching with me isn’t cold, or about checking boxes. It’s collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to who you are, not who the world expects you to be.

  • You don’t need to mask or explain every detail. I understand how burnout, trauma, neurodivergence, and everyday life intersect in messy, human ways.

  • We go at your pace. Sometimes that means deep processing, and sometimes it means sitting in silence or talking about what’s hard to name. All of it is welcome here.

What It’s Like
Working Together

  • Coaching is a space where we work on goals through developing skills and strategies, rather than working on deeper attachment wounds or mental health concerns.

  • I am A therapist, but as a coach, I am not YOUR therapist.
What does that mean, really? It means that while I offer therapy in California, if we have a coaching agreement, we stick to that relationship. If I get the sense that you may benefit from therapy, then we can talk about referring out or working alongside a therapist.

  • I do rely on my education as both a coach and therapist in our work together and I do work confidentiality and adhere to the mandated reporting laws.
